What is CPR?

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) can significantly increase the chance of survival when someone experiences cardiac arrest or some other life-threatening emergency. Using chest compressions and rescue breaths, this medical process helps to revive someone during cardiac arrest by keeping the blood flowing until additional medical intervention is available.

What can I expect from the First Aid CPR Class?

CPR First Aid training can help save a life. You never know when you will need to use the CPR First Aid training you’ve received, so we train you to work under pressure in unpredictable situations. Our one-day First Aid and CPR classes give you the strength and confidence to help someone struggling physically. You will know what to do, whether you need to respond quickly during an accident, administer epinephrine, or deliver CPR.

Our instructors make the First Aid and CPR classes learning experience as stress-free as possible! With no class prep needed, the instructor will lead you through every learning component and provide the comprehensive skills check and written exam. You will leave class with your AHA CPR card and Irvine CPR Certification First Aid card!

How long do the CPR classes last?
